3.   Some truck artists brighten the landscape with pop art collages, symbolic re-creations of stamps, stickers and licenses from state agencies.

4.   Vistas of rugged canyons, landscape brightened by junipers, sandstone and slick rock were breathtaking.

5.   But others love the yellow blossoms brightening the landscape in early spring.
