4.   Screens along the two bedroom wings, which form a U around the courtyard, are manual and slide side to side with a twist of the wrist.

5.   The bedroom wings are also transformable.

6.   When the screen bifold doors on the courtyard-side bedroom wings are opened, they resemble great books wrapped in shiny metal jackets.

7.   Window frames in the bedroom wings are painted canary yellow.
