3.   A third defendant, Richard Isasi, is awaiting extradition in a Mexico prison.

4.   Al Fawwaz was indicted and awaits extradition from Britain to the United States.

5.   Cavallo is in Mexico awaiting possible extradition to Spain.

6.   Echols was in a Louisiana jail late Tuesday awaiting extradition to Kansas City.

7.   Four of those are in custody in New York and two others are awaiting extradition from Germany and Britain.

8.   Frankel is in a Hamburg jail awaiting possible extradition.

9.   He is awaiting possible extradition to Singapore on fraud charges.

10.   He is also awaiting extradition to Kentucky on kidnapping charges.
