1.   Government and Serb officials have agreed on paper to open two airport crossings by Wednesday.

2.   Detailed talks on the airport crossings began on Thursday and produced an accord early Friday evening.

3.   During the four months while they were opened, commercial trucks used the airport crossing, bringing in food and other items.

4.   Every day, hundreds of trucks and dozens of government-run buses and cars make the airport crossing.
