But the history of airline crashes is, in a way, carved into the hardware of this airplane. 4. For all these efforts, however, airline crashes will never be eliminated entirely. 5. For the past decade with the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Williams has been based in Florida, where he has covered everything from airline crashes to hurricanes. 6. He said that the National Transportation Safety Board, the agency that investigates airline crashes, has never found that a bogus or unapproved part caused an aircraft accident. 7. However, some veterans of past airline crash investigations said great improvements had been made in the way families were treated. 8. It was the airlines fourth crash in five years. 9. Local TV stations and newspapers have devoted the kind of time and space to this story normally reserved for hurricanes, airline crashes or sightings of Leona Helmsley. 10. Neither restricts the type of damages a family can seek if they lose an individual in an airline crash over sea. |
