1.   Earlier this week, three students in Hoyt, Kan., were charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated arson for planning a similar attack at Royal Valley High School.

2.   Lawyers for the pair entered innocent pleas Tuesday in juvenile court to delinquency counts of aggravated arson.

3.   The quickly extinguished fire led to the federal civil rights indictment as well as an aggravated arson charge.

4.   They were convicted of aggravated arson.

5.   The trial of Safwan Eid for aggravated arson and negligently causing bodily harm was adjourned.

6.   The four youths have been charged with aggravated arson and attempted murder.
