1. Additional cream would make it too rich. 2. Brush with additional cream and sprinkle sugar on top. 3. Correct the seasoning, and add additional cream, if desired. 4. If necessary, baste exposed edges of potato slices with additional cream to keep them from drying out. 5. Moisten with additional cream if the top of the pudding seems dry. 6. Serve slices topped with additional whipped cream and garnished with grated chocolate or chocolate curls, if desired. 7. Serve slices, topped with a dollop of additional whipped cream. 8. Top with berries and additional whipped cream, if desired. |
