1.   Saltpetre was added to prevent amber coloration when making crystal glass.

2.   It is important to maintain that temperature after the meat has been added to prevent it from absorbing too much grease.

3.   The only other ingredient is a very small amount of sulfur dioxide, added to prevent fermentation.

4.   An additional three laps were added to prevent the race from ending under caution.
