1.   Darker skins can wear richer, more intense browns, especially when a dab of sheer gloss is added to the center of the lip.

2.   If the mixture is a little stiff, add a dab of Dijon mustard.

3.   Up the ante and make a double-blue burger by adding a dab of blue on top just before serving.
