71.   Its resolutions say sanctions cannot be lifted until Iraq has satisfied the UN that it has dismantled all of its weapons of mass destruction.

72.   That echoed the call of other regional leaders, who have defended the right of Arabs to resist Israeli occupation of lands that UN resolutions say they should leave.

73.   Such legislation, said the resolution, should deal with work permits, driver training and certification, work contracts, transport licenses, social security contributions and taxes.

74.   The all-party resolution said that the cloning of humans was contrary to human dignity.

75.   The council also condemned massacres and reported human rights violations in the Abkhaz-held zones, the resolution said.

76.   The cost of implementing the temporary operation will be borne by the participating member states and other voluntary contributions, the resolution said.

77.   The original draft resolution said the OSCE parliamentary assembly condemned terrorism in all its forms.

78.   The participating countries also agreed to bear the costs of the operation, the resolution says.
