71.   Such matters are almost incapable of being satisfactorily defined within the partnership agreement itself.

72.   Beyond that, the matter is entirely dependent upon agreement.

73.   Nevertheless, all these matters are only indicative, and cannot be said to be conclusive.

74.   However, the matter is less clear cut where a party uses typed precedents drawn up by its lawyers as a basis for starting negotiations.

75.   The permitted user will of course depend upon the use for which the tenant wishes to use the premises and will also be a matter of negotiation.

76.   This conclusion of a conveyancing transaction demands careful and unhurried attention, free from distraction, if the matter is to be satisfactorily disposed of without unhappy aftermath.
