61.   Whisk in the olive oil, a few drops at a time at first, then pour it in a steady thin stream, while continuing to whisk.

67.   With the blender at medium-low speed, remove small cap in lid, and very slowly add olive oil in a thin stream.

68.   With the processor motor running, add the combined oils in a thin stream until well-blended and slightly emulsified.

69.   With the processor running, slowly add the oil in a slow thin stream, processing until the mixture is completely emulsified.

70.   With the food processor running, add a few drops of butter through the feed tube, then pour in the rest in a thin steady stream.
