67.   And Jamaica is not the only sun-splashed island where high crime rates have brought new cries for the death penalty.

68.   And the companies have long shied away from neighborhoods with high crime rates in New York City and other large cities.

69.   And so now, we had the ability to continue to invest in education, in health care, in the environment, getting the crime rate down.

70.   And though John Dillinger and Pretty Boy Floyd made headlines breaking into banks, the crime rate actually dropped.
