51.   Rwandan leaders have expressed suspicion over the force, and Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien has questioned whether it is needed any longer.

52.   The HRW and FIDH said that the former Rwandan leaders have fled to destinations including Kinshasa, Brazzaville and Kenya.
