51.   Roll out to a large circle on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour and use to cover the top of the cake drum.

52.   Place the round cake in the centre of the cake drum.

53.   Use to cover the top of the cake drum around the sandwich cake, taking it up the sides of the cake as well.

54.   Finally, wrap the ribbon around the edge of the cake drum and secure on with glue or royal icing.

55.   Secure the cake on to the cake drum with a little royal icing, and brush all over with glaze.

56.   Cover the cake drum, securing with a little water.

57.   Roll out a piece of white fondant and cut out a quarter circle to fit into one corner of the cake drum.

58.   Secure the rocket to the cake drum with royal icing.

59.   Using a brush and diluted green and blue food colouring, paint the quarter globe of white on the cake drum so that it looks like Earth.
