48.   Weak high pressure centered over the central Atlantic continues to produce moderate east to southeast trade winds across the northeast Caribbean and this will persist through Wednesday morning.

49.   Weak high pressure north of the region in combination with a tropical wave south of the islands will produce moderate to strong east to northeast winds across the islands.
