41.   Add onion and garlic and cook over low heat until soft.

42.   Add onions and peas to beef and cook over low heat just until peas are heated through.

43.   Add shallots, onions and celery, and cook over low heat until tender but not colored.

44.   Add the butter, set the pan over moderately low heat, and stir until the butter melts.

45.   Add the cream and continue stirring over low heat until it mixes into the caramel and forms a sauce.

46.   Add the flour and stir over low heat until smooth.

47.   Add the onions, cover and slowly cook them over low heat, stirring every so often.

48.   Add the pasta to the saucepan, and saute briefly over low heat just to coat the pasta.

49.   Add to the agar-juice mixture, and simmer, stirring, for a few minutes over low heat until the mixture begins to thicken.

50.   Add tomatoes and cook over low heat.
