31.   Spoon lemon curd into tart shell, and smooth the top.

32.   Spread potatoes in baking dish and smooth the top.

33.   Spread the remaining polenta in the dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

34.   Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

35.   Turn into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

36.   When bottom layer has set, remove from oven and spread filling over it, smoothing top.

37.   When the whole cake has been iced, finish by evening sides and smoothing the top until sides are straight and top is flat.
