31.   The first group of prospective panelists was led into the courtroom Tuesday as attorneys began what could be the monthlong task of seating a jury.

32.   The presiding judge said Thursday he is convinced an impartial jury can be seated for the trial.

33.   There was some speculation last week the trial would be postponed to avoid seating a jury through the Christmas holidays.

34.   U.S. District Judge Willis Hunt said he hopes to seat a jury this week.

35.   A special hearing will be held before the jury is seated to decide.
