31.   Mills, of Harper Woods, Mich., alleges assault, false imprisonment, destruction of property, intentional infliction of emotional distress and a civil conspiracy.

32.   The complaint also charges De La Hoya with assault, battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
