31.   Spread mushrooms over, then add remaining potatoes, smoothing the top.

32.   The cabbage, a brilliant magenta, looks and tastes good with the chicken but is even better when you add pureed potatoes.

33.   When liquid is smooth and starts to thicken, stir in rest of water, then add potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
