21.   Place the slice of cheese on top of the crouton and carefully run it under a preheated broiler.

22.   Place a slice of toast on each plate and top with chicken, mushrooms and sauce.

23.   Place each slice of bread, toasted side up, on a large plate.

24.   Place each slice of cake on a dessert plate or bowl and spoon berries on top.

25.   Place slices on individual plates with peach halves.

26.   Place the slices in one layer over the bottom of the baking pan.

27.   Place the slices in the chilled syrup and refrigerate until just before serving.

28.   Place thin slice of salmon on the counter or board, with one of the narrow ends toward you.

30.   Placing the slices of fish between paper makes them easier to add to the pan and to turn all at once.
