24.   Remove from marinade and pat dry.

25.   Remove lamb from marinade and pat dry.

26.   Remove the mushrooms, pat dry and chop fine.

27.   Remove the turtle and gently pat dry with cloth towels.

28.   Remove potatoes from rack and pat dry with paper towels.

29.   Remove skewers from water and pat dry.

30.   Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
