21.   The duty is owed to the person to whose order the building is provided and to every person who acquires an interest in the dwelling.

22.   If the plaintiff satisfies these three requirements then a duty will be owed.

23.   If a duty is owed, the court would have to determine whether there had been a breach.

24.   The duty is owed by manufacturers.

25.   The duty is owed to consumers.

26.   That the duty was owed to the plaintiff.

27.   The plaintiff must show that the duty was owed to him.

28.   In negligence actions the courts must determine whether a duty is owed.

29.   Apart from express contract, a tenant owes no duty to the landlord to keep the premises in repair.

30.   Generally the directors owe this duty to their shareholders but as insolvency approaches the duty is owed to creditors.
