21.   Nigerian head of state General Sani Abacha left Tuesday for Accra for a one-day visit, an official in the Nigerian presidency said.

22.   The accords were signed by ministers and top officials of the two countries in the presence of the Nigerian head of state, General Sani Abacha, and Li.

23.   The Foreign Office said the Commonwealth group will be led by General Abdulsalami Abubakar, the former Nigerian head of state.
