21.   Gradually stir in meat juice mixture.

22.   In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, cooked meat mixture, pine nuts and chopped herbs.

23.   Just put it together up to the point of placing the meat mixture into the baking dish.

24.   Knead ground meat mixture and onion in bowl and add ice.

25.   Ladle a generous spoonful of the meat mixture over the bun.

26.   Mix meat mixture with all remaining ingredients.

27.   Place meat mixture on bottom of casserole dish.

28.   Pour eggplants and meat mixture into a heavy baking dish.

29.   Push lemon leaves into top of meat mixture.

30.   Put meat mixture into a large pot or crockpot.
