21.   Put the top edge back with the same adhesive caulk.

22.   Pry up the plastic around the loose areas, just enough to insert a phenolic vinyl adhesive caulk behind it.

23.   Remove the cut vinyl and insert the cut tile, using adhesive caulk to make it stick.

24.   Reglue the tiles with Phenoseal, a phenolic vinyl adhesive caulk which works wonderfully, or thin-set mortar, which works equally well.

25.   Scrape off any old grout or adhesive from the fixture and the wall, and apply the new adhesive caulk to all contact surfaces.

26.   Seal between the plastic and concrete, and also between the copper and plastic, with a high-quality adhesive caulk.

27.   Since you are unlikely to use a whole cartridge for this project, you can buy the adhesive caulk in smaller squeeze tubes.

28.   That adhesive caulk is great stuff, but for paper, a thin coat is most important to avoid making a hump along the seams.

29.   Then just start wrapping, tightly, holding the rope against the adhesive caulk for a few minutes until it sets.

30.   Then put the replacement dish on with construction adhesive or PhenoSeal adhesive caulk.
