21.   Sharp, of Rhuddlan Road, Blacon and Sweeney, of Hatton Road, Blacon, both deny two charges of assault causing actual bodily harm and affray.

22.   Cornthwaite admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on Beverley Birss at a house in Maybank Road, Tranmere, and common assault on Sharon Birss.

23.   Cornthwaite admitted assault causing actual bodily harm on Beverley Birss at a house in Tranmere, and common assault on Sharon Birss.

24.   Sharp denied one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm and was cleared by the jury but was convicted of affray and conditionally discharged.

25.   Sweeney, of Hatton Road, Chester, denied one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm and another of affray and was cleared.

26.   He was arrested by a uniformed PC and charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.

27.   He admitted burglary, taking a car without consent, driving without a licence, driving without insurance and assault causing actual bodily harm.

28.   He also admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

29.   Diaz admitted charges of inflicting grievous bodily harm and affray and Walker admitted affray and assault causing actual bodily harm.

30.   Yesterday Spanswick, of Simonside Walk, Overfields, Middlesbrough, appeared before Teesside Crown Court and admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.
