21.   In Shadrokh-Cigari a bank erroneously transferred money to an account of a child, whose guardian the accused was.

22.   An accused is therefore not guilty of robbery if he believes that he has a legal right to deprive the victim of the property.

23.   Provided the other elements of the offence are fulfilled, the accused is guilty if he is a passenger in the conveyance.
