11.   On Monday, the ICRC finished unloading a shipment of food and medical supplies, and plastic shelters at Point Pedro, the northern tip of the island.

12.   The blast took place as soldiers were unloading a shipment of ammunition at a munitions dump in the western corner of the Presidential Palace, a defence official said.
