11.   Runners will pass through the neighborhood where Martin Luther King Jr. was born and go north along Piedmont Avenue to Peachtree Road in the fashionable Buckhead neighborhood.

12.   The runners will pass a relay torch from one another, and only stop on days off in each European capital.
