11.   Add eggs and remaining milk mixture.

12.   Add the remaining milk and cream, beating with a whisk until smooth.

13.   Gradually whisk in remaining milk.

14.   In a small saucepan or a microwave oven, reheat remaining milk until scalding.

15.   Meanwhile, blend together the remaining milk, cream, pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon.

16.   Mix in the remaining milk.

17.   Overlap bread on top of apples, and pour remaining milk mixture on top.

18.   Place remaining milk and remaining sugar in another medium saucepan.

19.   Pour enough of the remaining milk on top of the potatoes to make a very thin layer.

20.   Process with the remaining milk until no lumps remain and mixture is thick and light in color.
