11.   Points which the purchaser may wish to raise with the vendor are set out in the information questionnaire.

12.   Further, the purchaser will wish to consider carefully the position of any person described by the vendor as an independent contractor.

13.   For this reason any purchaser will wish to see that all documents in the chain of title are properly stamped.
