11.   Among those who have become convinced his conviction is fatally flawed is the prosecutor who sent him to death row, Lorraine Parker.

12.   An important problem for the government is that prosecutors are not certain they can keep classified information from being exposed in a trial.

13.   And few prosecutors are even aware of the challenges.

14.   And King County prosecutors are still months away from a trial.

15.   And now federal and county prosecutors are investigating allegations of slipshod construction and other matters.

16.   And prosecutors have typically been reluctant to aggressively seek records from the church about priests who may have abused children.

17.   And prosecutors could be hard-pressed to win a conviction if the alleged victims -- his daughters -- testify for the defense.

18.   And the prosecutors have been able to introduce evidence that Oakely, and a lesser extent, Sweeting, attacked the victims.

19.   Angry prosecutors are appealing.

20.   Another lawyer, Jeff Anderson of St. Paul, Minn., said prosecutors were less and less worried about going after the church because of the changed public climate.
