However, most of the rain will be light, converging winds near a low pressure center will cause some heavier rain over southeastern Virginia and eastern North Carolina. 15. Intermittent snow will taper to a few flurries across the northern and central Great Lakes as a low pressure center moves quickly toward upstate New York. 16. Late Thursday, rain will spread from northern Oklahoma to the central Mississippi Valley as a low pressure center develops along the front. 17. Locally heavy rain will fall near the track of a low pressure center as it moves from the lower Ohio Valley early Monday to southern New England Monday night. 18.
