11.   Four people were arrested on charges of obstructing fisheries officials, and Fisheries Department spokesman Bob Allain said pepper spray was used on two people.

12.   Police, some on horseback and many in riot gear, fired pepper spray and dispersed them.

13.   Several fanned their picket signs in an attempt to blow gas and pepper spray back at officers.
