11.   When ready to serve, peel the plastic wrap from the top and gently tug on the plastic to loosen the cake from sides of the pan.

12.   While cake is still warm, run tip of a sharp knife gently around sides to loosen cake from pan.

13.   With knife, loosen cake from side of pan.
