11.   The court ruled there was insufficient scientific proof that the drug, bromantan, was a performance-enhancing stimulant.

12.   The court rejected the charges of discrimination and said there was insufficient proof the security forces were involved in the murder.

13.   The ministry said it was dropping the investigation because information supplied by Cyprus authorities provided insufficient proof that the company was controlled by Yugoslavia.
