11. Whereas at a younger age, the percentage increase for the age, might be, you know, point one of a per cent. 12. Pensioners face a rise of only one pound a week from next April, the smallest increase for years. 13. So a fee increase for dentists would break with that. 14. Mr Lamont said a freeze in bills last year would have resulted in substantial increases for many businesses this year. 15.
