11.   I tried filling these cracks with a hydraulic cement and when this failed I filled with a two-part epoxy cement sold for this purpose.

12.   I put hydraulic cement in the crack, but it cracked, too.

13.   If it has cracks in it, enlarge the cracks and trowel in mortar or hydraulic cement.

14.   If it is leaking, then it should be enlarged and filled with hydraulic cement, from the outside.

15.   Q. Some of the joints in my mortared fieldstone foundation leak, so I repointed them, filling them with hydraulic cement.

16.   The builder did put some hydraulic cement in the crack, but since then it has widened.

18.   The roofing cement will give a good seal between pipe and hydraulic cement.

19.   Then install hydraulic cement, which expands as it sets.

20.   To correct persistent seepage problems, start by sealing all visible cracks with concrete patching compound or hydraulic cement.
