11. In a nonstick skillet over high heat, melt butter as needed to cover bottom of pan. 12. In medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil over high heat. 13. Lightly grease a griddle or a skillet and heat over medium high heat. 14. Place over high heat until reduced by half. 15. Set the wok over high heat for one minute. 16. This is consistent with high heat flow across Western Cordillera and altiplano. 17. This zonation is coincident with the subcrop of the concealed high heat production Caledonian Weardale granite. 18. Use a moderately high heat. 19. When flame dies out, add stock and reduce quickly over high heat to a light sauce consistency. 20. Cook over a fairly high heat until the outsides are browned. |
