11.   Stir in all-purpose flour a cup at a time by hand or by machine to form a dough.

12.   Stir in the flour, a little at a time, until a firm dough is formed.

13.   The dough is formed into hundreds of balls that are put in a steam room, where the yeast in the dough makes them rise.

14.   To form the dough into a log, peel off the top sheet of wax paper from each rectangle.
