17.   A coastal flood watch remains in effect for all the north and northeast facing coasts from Puerto Rico to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

18.   A coastal flood watch and a heavy surf advisory are in effect for the remainder of the north and northwest coast.

19.   A coastal flood watch and a heavy surf advisory continue in effect for all northern and northeastern coasts of Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

20.   A coastal flood watch has thus been issued for these areas with a heavy surf advisory also in effect for the U.S. Virgin islands.
