11.   Zone B lies closest to Australia and is administered by Canberra which also has an agreement to notify the Indonesians of any exploration work.

12.   Exploration work on the southern continental shelf of Vietnam was scheduled to begin early this year, followed by the drilling of the first two wells next year.
