12.   Later Tuesday, thunderstorms will erupt along the Northeast seaboard as a cool front presses eastward from the Appalachians.

13.   Meanwhile, hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms will erupt along and south of a stationary front strung along the Gulf Coast.

14.   More numerous storms will erupt along the central and eastern Gulf Coast, where rainfall amounts could exceed a half inch in localized areas.

15.   Other thunderstorms will erupt along a cool front draped through the central Great Lakes.

16.   Showers and thunderstorms will erupt along the central Gulf coast and Florida on Sunday as a steady flow of tropical moisture is drawn north from the Gulf of Mexico.

17.   Spotty strong thunderstorms will erupt along the leading edge of cooler air over the interior Northwest.

18.   Some potent thunderstorms will erupt along the Front Range of the southern Rockies and the high ground of the southern Plains as a disturbance sinks southward over the region.

19.   The leading edge of this Canadian-born air will reach into the Middle Atlantic states, where thundershowers will erupt along a cold front.

20.   The result will be increasing clouds with thunderstorms erupting along an approaching cold front in the Ohio Valley and eastern Great Lakes.
