11.   The fifth man being questioned was released from Dutch custody Thursday night, officials said.

12.   The five new arrests bring the number of suspects in Dutch custody to seven.

13.   The plans calls for the suspects to be transferred to Dutch custody for a trial in the Netherlands conducted by Scottish judges.

14.   They will then be taken into Dutch custody until they can formally be extradited to Britain.
