11.   Dissolve gelatin in boiling apricot nectar.

12.   Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

13.   Dissolve the gelatins in the boiling water.

14.   Heat the tomato juice in a small pan and dissolve the gelatin in it.

15.   Heat and stir gelatin mixture over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.

16.   Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat, combine remaining gelatin with sugar and grapefruit, lemon and lime juices and stir until gelatin is dissolved.

17.   Place the small bowl of gelatin and orange juice over a saucepan of barely simmering water to dissolve gelatin.

18.   Place over low heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.

19.   Set the pan over simmering water and, whisking constantly, dissolve the gelatin.

20.   Sprinkle the gelatin over the top, let sit for a minute then warm over low heat until gelatin has been dissolved.
