11.   I fitted the cover plate of the new fixture over the mounting ring and tightened the nuts that hold it in place.

12.   I put the cover plate of the old fixture back in place, but now, of course, the fixture was without power.

13.   Next remove the cover plate of the switch by taking out the two screws above and below the toggle switch.

14.   Remount the switch and replace the cover plate.

15.   Remove the cover plate, pull the receptacle from the box and carefully examine all the wiring.

16.   Remove the outlet cover plate, then loosen the mounting screws that hold the receptacle in place.

17.   Return to the switch and remove the cover plate.

18.   The ballasts are inside the fixture, under the cover plate.

19.   To get at them shut off the power and remove all four tubes and the cover plate which is held on by a screw at each end.

20.   When a special gasket and cover plate are installed, this box becomes weather tight.
