11. Combine the turmeric, oregano and salt and sprinkle over the cooked vegetables. 12. Combine turkey, salt, pepper and cooked vegetables gently but thoroughly. 13. Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet and stir in the vinegar-sugar mixture, the tomatoes, tomato paste, capers and anchovies. |
