111.   Residents of the eastern Zaire town of Bukavu were ignoring late Wednesday a curfew imposed by rebels who captured the town more than three weeks ago.

112.   Speaking in Kigali, Ruhimbika denied the claims but said his forces had already captured several towns in the region of Lake Kivu, and intended to take Bukavu.
